Identification: Anyone?

    Love this site! This is my first post. Does anyone know what kind of plant this is. I bought two of them on clearance for $1.49. They were in 3" pots. The leaves are thick and waxy and the stems are thick and fleshy. There is something growing out of the top of both of them. There are, what look like, seeds on them. You can see in the photo.
