Hi All, After a couple failed attempts at a majesty & cat palm (learn the hard way eh), with some research it seems a kentia palm may be the way to go for a corner in my room that's a tad dim but does receive some bright indirect light from a south facing sliding glass door. Anyone know where to buy these in the lower mainland? I'm on the Surrey/Langley border but would travel to e.g. Vancouver if needed. Every place has Majesty's galore (annoying), but I only have found one single specimen when it comes to Kentia palms, at Cedar Rim in Langley. Unfortunately it's too big and had a hefty price tag of 500$ (ouch). Looking for approx. 10" pot size. It's crazy that the most dependable indoor palm is so hard to find, and the least dependable ones are ubiquitous! Thanks in advance.
Not sure this will help but Burnaby / Lougheed - Garden Works has some half dozen or so of these ranging in price from $400 to $500.
