Identification: Anyone know what this lovely plant is?

    Hello -
    I got this plant at a farmer's market when it was just a few inches tall 5 years ago...it has beautiful smooth leaves that remind me of nasturtium but they succulent (I think). The plant constantly produces tiny offspring at the soil level. Everyone always asks me what it is and the woman who sold it to me at a market just called it "Mother of all plants" because it produces so many baby plants. Appreciate your help!

    Looks like Pilea peperomioides.
