    Hi All
I've got this ivy thing growing up one of my fir trees - it looked dead all last year, and now with a bit of rain - it's taken off.
If you know the name of it, I could see if it is harmful to the rest of the forest.
    Thanks for any help.
    Sean

Looks like one of the native honeysuckles--maybe Lonicera hispidula, as that is common in your area. Should not be any invasive threat. Nice flowers, although this one probably does not have the wonderful fragrance that honeysuckles sometimes do.
