Identification: Anyone identify this Japanese Maple?

The retailer lost the tag and has no idea what it is.....and ideas?

Your pics are so small it would be difficult to say which Acer it might be.

So difficult to say. The number of cultivars out there is staggering. Could be Edna Bergman?

From looking at other photos of that variety, the stem seems to be a "yellow" color....mine is a wine color. Does that make a difference?

 

Yes, perhaps. Another possibility is Mizu kuguri.
