    Funny thing, I just received one a week ago. So far it’s tiny but beautiful. I planted it in an area with quite a bit of shade. I’m interested to see how it does. So far no wilting or loss of leaves.

    Hi i growin Acer x Kawaii in Rome USDA zone 9b in clay soil ,hot wind and general dry condiotions .this maple have a good resistance and is slow growing (in my garden in another part of the world i not know) around 10 cm /year-in this conditions is required an expo partial shade

    I got one last year. It lives in a partially shaded area all day. No issues so far.
