Anyone able to identify this one?

    The stalk on this has a bark like look. i wasnt sure if it is a plant or tree. so I left it alone, but if it is a tree, I don't really want it in my garden.

    Thank you. My neighbor has a much larger one and his is beautiful. I think I'll leave it alone.
