Identification: any info about this plant will be appreciated

these are 2 week old cuttings from the original plant....

any information about this plant is greatly appreciated...it has quite a lot of sentimental value, so even the smallest of observations will help

All I can offer you is that it appears to be a succulent, let the soil dry out before watering again. Looks healthy
