I'm about to purchase a epaulette tree, and i was going to plant it o the south side of my property where it's going to get nothing but sun. Do you think this will be fine and if it get too large I would have to prune it ( which I have no proble with ) how does it take to pruning? Any other comment appreciated.
    Thanks

Cutting it back to control size will not work out.

Maybe just root pruning to keep it at the size I want when it gets there?

You won't get the full effect of the tree if you try to curb it.
