Hello I grow Clematis and Roses in pots.
Pot to Pot linked with topiary arches. So I can not move or tip over and repot them due to the arches and the root system that is established now for 2 years. I would have to brake the vines.
I have ants that have made their home in some of the pots. What are the repercussions and how do I get rid of them? I put lemon juice it did not work. I put these ant traps it did not work..whats the secret to tell them to go live somewhere else. I am not out to kill them but DISCURAGE would be the word.
I also find some white BUBBLE-MOUSSE like structures along the vines. THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE

DishSoap'd-Water poured into the containers will rid them.

2 or 3 tbs per gal of water ought to do it...

Doubt it. If anything it'll help. DishSoap water is generally used as a 'organic' type of insecticide...
I think Dawn was the perferred... Foliar sprayed on the foliage...
