    I think I've narrowed it down to Fuchsia dependens or Fushsia boliviana. Any thoughts?

    Boliviana. Dependens have slightly different leaves from that.

    Yup. In my opinion, it's tastier than Dependens - sweeter and less whiffly in texture.

    try F. 'Firecracker'. Some call it F. triphylla Firecracker.

    Ah yes, those leaves look the same with variegation. Great find Susan!
