(Another) Plant ID - Weed (Pull it) or Desirable (Keep)

    Well, as the subject indicates, we have an unidentified growth in the planter box. We're unsure if this is 1) a weed (in which case it must meet its timely demise!) or 2) a perennial sprouting up we don't know about or 3) something spread by seed that is a desirable plant.

    In Colorado it's too early to see a lot of buds/blooms on some plants, so we're reticent to pull it in case it is something we'd like to let live, but if its just a weed, we want to get rid of it and use the space for something else!


    Any help would be appreciated so we can plant something new there if we need to in good time!
