Another mystery

    I came across this plant a couple of days ago in a shady wooded area on Gabriola. Would someone please let me know what it is. Sorry the photos are not all that great.

    Fruiting Monotropa uniflora.

    Monotropa uniflora. The flowers are going to seed here (they are drooping at first, later erect).
