Another flowering tree from Santa Barbara

We saw this yellow flowering tree during our recent trip to California, outside the Santa Barbara Mission .. the close up photo taken with a telephoto shows the flower clearly.
My word, there is an absolute wealth of species there that we never see here.

Any ideas?

There are some grevilleas that can be grown locally. Hummingbirds love the flowers.
