Another Costa Rican rainforest plant

    3-wing3.jpg 3-wing2.jpg This seems to be a vine (judging by the tendril). I'm not sure if the three-winged structures are buds or fruits (but suspect the latter). Any help would be gratefully received.

    Unfortunately I ran out of Google Books "viewing time" viewing the Guide to Tendrillate Climbers of Costa Rican Mountains on-line, but I strongly suspect it's a Gouania species (Rhamnaceae).

    Thank you very much for your detective work! At first glance G. lupuloides seems to be a good match.
