    i received an amarylus plant as a gift. it has bloomed, but now what do i do to take care of it and to get it to bloom again?

    Sunny window, the brighter the better (if leaves grow long and pale, bend down it is not getting the right situation). Regular water and fertilizer. If happy will gradually make a clump of bulbs (if potted on, as needed) that produces multiple blooms.

    is it really as hard as ive been hearing to get this plant to bloom. my mom has had one for the past 5 years and each year its moved around the house to a differnt spot and each year it keeps getting bigger and growing more flowers, last yere one stalk had 6 no lie!!!
