Aleppo Pine or Golf Tee?

    Could someone please describe how and when to prune this Aleppo Pine so that someday it may get a Leader? I really don't need a 4' golf tee. :)

    Select a leader and tie it to grow up a stake for some years, until it gets the message.

    Aleppo Pine often is bushy, that's its natural growth form. Yours seems to be doing OK.
