Alberta spruce problem

    I have an Alberta spruce tree the little one in a pot and it now has some kind of while spider web forming on the ends, I checked inside and there is a lot of this spider wed stuff What is it and what do I do about it **HELP**

    If it is spiders you don't do anything if it is mites you will want to control those.

    I fought spider mites all summer on mine. By consistantly spraying a hard spray of water on the entire plant, weekly, all summer long. I am happy to say I have healthy green growth again over the entire spruce. This is what it said to do on the Internet. It worked for me. I didn't look to see if it was a spider in the web, just assumed it was mites. Also, would have moths flying out each time I did a spraying. Don't know if that was something to be worried about or not.
