We planted four 7' Alaskan Weeping Cedars last fall. This spring two of them had alot of brown on them. One has recovered and the other is looking sad. It, however, has much live wood on it and about 1/3 of the bows look fairly good.. Is it a blight?

    Probably a soil moisture problem.
