I was looking to plant the Akebia Shirobana (love my species Akebia chocolate vine) on a North facing arbour under Maple Trees. The plan is to prune hard as these vines are very vigorous.

Instead I found a "Silver Bells" variety that has white and pink flowers. Is anyone familiar with this variety. Is the foliage much different?

    thanks!
