Identification: Adopted unkown plant, can someone help identify it?

    Hi everyone,

    I have adopted a plant unknown to me from a co-worker that was laid off. I was wondering if anyone can help me identify what kind of plant it is so I can care for it properly? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
