The best resource for finding the postal addresses of Asian botanical gardens is the Find a Garden database on the web site of Botanic Gardens Conservation International. Once you have a garden name from that database, then you can use search engines to try and locate a website for it. I don't know of any one particular web page that is comprehensive in its listing of Asian botanical gardens (but I'd be interested if someone else did find one!)
