Acer tenellum - UWBG Washington Park Arboretum, accession 1968. Apparently, this species is extremely rare in public gardens in North America, so a number of photographs are presented: first-third 12/10/05; fourth 4/26/06; fifth-seventh 5/16/06; eighth-eleventh 6/21/06.
I managed to get hold of a little A. tenellum. Here it is still in the pot. The graft union is difficult, but I hope it survives.
i have one is slow to growing ( in my garden) only 8 cm in 4 years, but have a good tolerance ,dry conditions resistance :-)
