I have been storing seeds from a variety of acer trees in the crisper of my fridge since last year. They were not presoaked or in moist anything-just baggies. I would like to try to sprout them this year but am concerned I may be starting too late. Should I go ahead and start the stratification process now or should I wait until this fall? Thanks!
