I realized we didn't have 'Leat's Cottage' in the gallery, so here it is, pictures from May 2012. It is a difficult cultivar, weak (little growth over 4 years) and requires shade. Very susceptible to bugs of any kind, who will make skeletons of the leaves in short order. Not very attractive (although the leaves remain a very light mottled green) throughout the season, but lovely for several weeks in spring, leaves much whiter than Brilliantissimum. Fall color not seen.
