This is another new tree for me, I like the looks of the new spring growth.

The tree is very similar to Butterfly but as its name goes it is a white Butterfly. I do not see any pink coloring similat to what you find on the Butterfly. I would guess that its name is probably not in line but it is a fitting name since it does discribe the tree.

Sure looks like Butterfly to me! Not sure we need a new cultivar for an identical tree... (not aimed at you of course, AM). Does it have a different habit or something?

It is very similar in looks but as mentioned I did not see the pink color as i do in Butterfly. The green is also a lot stronger so it does look different in spring. For me, I like the improvement but as for the name???

PS I do not grow them nor name them. That is all someone else's task.
