Well, I am sure everyone will agree the name is a bit of a bit of a rip off but on beyond that the tree is worth talking about. It is similar in name and look to another well know tree but it does have noticable improvements. In my eye it has a much prettier growing habit, a little less of the shirasawanum look and more palmatum. It also has a little stronger red and did not seem to go as dull brown green in the summer. I am sure the naming board might have a problem with it but it is a nice tree to own however it should be called.
