This is my second year with this dissectum and it is still awaiting a full-positive ID, but it seems correct. These photos were taken one day apart 4/20,21/06. The first two in morning light (or lack thereof) and the second two in afternoon light on an overcast day. The color being more accurate on the second two, but not as red as they appear. An interesting characteristic is the tendency for the leave to be held strongly perpendicular with little tendendcy to droop in their newly expanded state.
Michael, Shohjoh shidare is a late starter here. Leaves have just barely opened. It looks pretty much like yours. Gomero
I especially enjoy the rather refined cascading form of Shojo Shidare. And here it is on April 29, 2007, residing by its pool.
Will allow this one to cascade downward from elevated pot. Has an unusual dark green-red summer color. seventrees
