Acer palmatum 'Shishi yatsubusa'

    Couldn't find a thread on this cultivar...

    Does anyone have any experience with it? Any known preferences as far as light, etc? It's a 2yr plant, but it looks quite nice and full, though a little lop-sided. :) Hopefully I can correct that over time (was planning to use it for a bonsai). Though, I guess I could always go for a windswept look, not typical for a maple but I do live in Kansas after all! lol
