Sekimori is a rather contained, formal cascading dissectum with matte colored green leaves in spring and summer. The fall colors are intense yellowish-gold. The bark is also interesting with a dusty white appearance and long whitish striations. This photo was taken May 7, 2006, and I've found this particular tree slow-growing, though it is in a location where it receives only early morning and late afternoon light.
