I do not know much about the tree, when it came in late this summer it had some varigation to the leaves which had a similar shape as 'Mikazuki'. Here is the fall color for 2013
My Mikawa nishiki from this year , the spring colours on this one are really pretty with such a vibrant pink edging and vivid green central lobe colour, which then later turns into a nice red with a yellowish centre reminiscent of a Katsura for spring colour ??. Certainly put on some good growth and was slipped on for next year.
