I got this little tree last year. It has reticulated leaves showing pink and white color, very similar to the classic cultivar "peach and cream". The new leaves, however, slightly curved to the upper side like "higasa yama" Photos were taken 2024-03-28 in San Francisco south bay area
What an excellent addition to the cultivars forum @lcc Hope it does OK in the sun, but I expect you have it shaded.
