Appreciation: Acer palmatum dissectum Atropurpureum Group

    I think this is Acer palmatum dissectum Atropurpureum Group, could be corrected on that. I thought this was such a good-looking tree from the side where it's all nice and filled in, and from the side where it's open and you can see the structure. It's on the property of an apartment or co-op building a few blocks from me in Vancouver's West End neighbourhood.

    @wcutler, good morning Wendy, we have the very same tree in our garden. Purchased 42 years ago as a two year tree.
    Love the trunk and branch structure. Your ID is spot on.
