Acer palmatum 'Ariaki Nomura'

21st June 2021 and a very wet few wet days brightened up the leaves on my Ariaki Nomura. Some nice seeds starting to appear also.

 

Man. I like this tree.

 

It's an oldie but a goodie D.

10th April 2022 and my stalwart in my garden is underway. Never fails me...

 

3rd May 2022 and I have so many leaves now on my old stalwart.

 

19th June 2022 and my old Ariake Nomura after it's Summer thinning. I have to do this every year at this time, to allow light and air into the inside.

 

It looks really nice D, great job.

 

3rd November 2022 and my 35 year old Ariaki Nomura showing that it suffered from the heat this year by shedding a lot of leaves. ( Needn't have thinned it out in June be if I knew what was to come in July, Lol). The colours are not so intense as in previous years. But it's alive, so I'm pleased with that.

 

29th May 2023 and my Ariake Nomura is growing lime mad this year. A good Spring has helped.....

 

7th November 2023 and my old Ariaki Nomura starting to turn, it has taken a while, but an overnight frost did the trick.

 

16th April 2024 and my old Ariake Nomura going mad with leaf.
