I planted out my Acer j. 'Ruby' in full sun early this spring. It seems very unhappy since then, with leaves curling back and have a brownish red colour tone. It is still alive (but may not survive the winter). It is supposed to be able to take full sun well. Does anyone has some experience with exposure for 'Ruby' that you can share?
