I have a Madagascar Dragon tree. It has four trunks that wind amongst each other. At the end of each trunk there is a bush of leaves. Last Fall my tree tipped over and my dog chewed the leaves off three of the bushes of leaves. Shortly after that each of the trunks started to sprout new leaves, but then they died. Is it possible that the leaves will re-sprout and if they do what can I do different to see they continue to live and grow. Otherwise if there isn't any leaves on these trunks will they die out?
