Wow, that is really striking! I love it! What is the spread on it? Is it available to purchase?

Apparently gets upright and conical with age. Porterhowse has a pic of one with cones, but doesn't state age.

 

Our 'Starker's Dwarf' started out prostrate, but as it matures, it is beginning to be more upright. The left hand image is a few years old; the right hand one was taken today.
