I recently planted a Horstmann's Silberlocke fir which I purchesed from Sheridan here in Toronto in September. It is now dropping it's needes. I think it might be dying. It gets about 4-5hrs of sun in the summer, but less at this time of year. It faces northwest. Maybe I didn't water it enough, although the soil seems damp. I have attached a couple of photos.
