Pic is too small to tell what species, or realistically if it is even a box or not at all!

Thanks! Yes, it is a box, most likely European Box Buxus sempervirens (the commonest species in the nursery trade), but if it is locally collected in Iran, it could be Caspian Box Buxus hyrcana, which is very closely related (many botanists treat it as a synonym of B. sempervirens).

It will tolerate a fair amount of shade; you should be able to grow it outdoors in Tehran easily, all it will need is a little extra water in dry periods.

Isn't it possible to grow it indoors?

Not sure! I've never heard of it being used as an indoor plant.

    Stop watering perhaps?
They're fairly drought tolerant, so unless it's got mites or something it should recover.
Water only when the soil is dry one inch down as measured by a finger inserted in the pot.
