Identification: A strange weed? plant? Please help identify.

    Was in the garden, and I saw this thing. Not sure what it is. Please help identify.

    EDIT: Sorry, not sure if I posted in the correct forum; thinking this might actually be fungus/mushroom. Please move in that case.

    Might be a Stinkhorn sp.

    Thanks for the reply. Turns out I wasn't the only one who thought it looked like a penis. It is in fact phallus(erect penis) impudicus; aka Stinkhorn. So you're right!
