Looks beautiful from branch structure, leaf and samara in the photo. Is this an upright dissectum?

On the subject of upright dissectum I purchased an English Lace four years ago from a local nursery that was claiming it was a red upright dissectum. I saw a few others being sold from the same source that year and the year after but have seen nothing about this tree since. Has anyone seen any evidence that it is still being propagated?

I believe Maples and Paws may have had one back in 2015. My English Lace is doing well and is not quite as upright in behavior as Seiryu but is an upright.
