    Mysteries and queries

Living in Rome, Italy, tending a garden for a few months. Would like to identify a few plants to better care for them. Any assistance would be appreciated:

The lst is a plant with some obvious mildew. I cut it back, have no idea how to treat it if possible, and wonder if anyone can advise me as to the name and manner to deal with the mildew.

Thanks to anyone who can help identify the others.

    Thanks Salt Cedar,

Dipladenia/ Mandevilla it certainly is ( the red flower in the picture ) when compared to online info.
