A couple plants to identify

    The first pic I believe is an avocado tree, if it is I will transplant it.

    The second pic is a fruit tree, we have no idea what it is. The fruit is soft and white and is very sweet. The seed is large like an apricot but the outer shell of the seed is thin and papery

    Could the second be white sapote?

    Okay, the leaves look identical to the white sapote, the fruit looks right, the only difference is all pictures I find of the white sapote has two seeds, the fruit on our tree only has one. Other than that it looks right.
