A couple of items I need help with

    I have a couple of plants I need help identifying if anyone could assist. Thanks.

    The first one is a tree that is found in Vancouver that is evergreen. Magnolia?

    First is Magnolia grandiflora

    Second is Viburnum rhytidophyllum or a hybrid derived from it

    Viburnum is not a pure leatherleaf, certainly could be one of its hybrids.
