Possibly a similar climber I found on the web under the name Senecio milkanioides but it was also under Delairia odorata?
Wikipedia information may help you determine which vine it is: "Delairea odorata has 2 to 4 -inch multi-lobed leaves that somewhat resemble those of the unrelated English ivy. Its flowers are yellow. A feature that distinguishes it from Senecio angulatus are the small appendages at the base of the stalks of the leaves that are shaped like an ear." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delairea
So definitely not Delairia odorata or Senecio mikanioides. I was led astray by a google image search of Senecio mikanioides which has pictures of both rayed and discoid flower heads. Goes to show you can't always find the truth on the web. :)
Those search results can lead you astray in (at least) two ways: 1 - not everyone gets the names right, so if the photo was mis-labelled, it will show up the way it was labelled, and 2 - not all the images that come up are exactly what you searched on. You can see in the hover text that some are different, either slightly or entirely.
