In June 2008 I was traveling down the coast of Oregon. At Cape Sebastian I took a lot of wild flower pictures. I have 3 I need identified, I can not find them in my books.

This one I think is a Lily but am unable to find it for sure. It has 6 pedals, is about 6 inches tall, long narrow leaves at the base of the plant.

Thank you Ron B and David in L A. Now I know why I couldn't find it. The old name is Brodiaea bridgeaii and the new name is Triteliea bridgeaii. I got a bit confused when I saw the common name was Bridge's Brodiaea. The big reason I had difficulties was the color. This flower comes in almost white to real dark blue. My Google search did not turn up any Lavender colored flower so I thought it had to be something else.

Thanks for getting me straight on this flower.
