31 August 2021 Brussels Sprouts Posted on August 31, 2021 by Durgan 31 August 2021 Brussels Sprouts 31 August 2021 Brussels Sprouts Five of eight Brusels Sprouts were made into 7 litrs of pressure canned juice at 15 PSI for 15 minutes. The type of plant was a hybrid called Jade Cross. Often they are perfect. This batch was less than perfect making processing tedious. There is no liquid in Brussels Sprouts so more water than is normal has to be added when making the slurry. The final product is satisfactory.
