Identification: 30 yr old cactus

    Hello, I just inherited this 30 year old cactus. I'm trying to identify it so I can give it proper care (and a pruning). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    This is actually a Euphorbia rather than a cactus.

    Euphorbia species, possibly E.trigona.
