Process was: Wash, quarter, add 5 liters of water to facilitate cooking and to make final juice drinkable. Cook until soft about 30 minutes.Beat into a slurry with hand blender. Strain to remove debris and seeds. Place in liter jars and pressure cook at 15 PSI for 15 minutes. Store at room temperature for off season storage.
