   I have a inside jade tree is 3 ft. and would like to trim it down and make it more compact...is this possible w/o harming the plant. If so, how?

   Use a good sharp knife and prune away. Jades it is hard to over prune a jade tree, so knock yourself out. Simple cut off anything you don't want. Be sure to use the parts you prune off as cuttings to make more plants.
